Audacy Richmond seeks a talented and energetic individual to serve as the Full Time Broadcast IT and Studio Specialist for our Richmond, VA radio cluster (WRVA-AM, WRXL-FM, WRVQ-FM, WTVR-FM, WBTJ-FM, WRNL-AM, WRXL-HD2, WTVR-HD2, WRVQ-HD2)

Audacy’s Network Operations Center has developed an in-house training program for future Broadcast Engineers!
Here’s how the program works:
- Spend 1 to 2 years performing the duties of a NOC Engineer at one of our NOC locations - Chicago, Denver, Philadelphia
- You will learn the ins and outs of our technology environment across all of our local markets with on the job real-world training.
- Once you’ve successfully completed the program and there is an open opportunity within the company, you will have the ability to apply for the role with Audacy engineering experience and skills built-in to your work history.
- The open roles post-NOC training will likely require relocation to markets outside of Chicago, Denver, and Philadelphia.
At Audacy, our farm team is generally a role that is to provide experience and training for young engineers, with an agreement that any successful engineers can move on to a higher level at a given point, usually in an association with a full-time engineer role. Please note: To advance into a full-time engineer role, the candidate must still apply and interview for the position.
