Audacy’s Podcast division is seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual for the Director, Podcast Marketing to oversee marketing for 2400Sports. This individual will have the experience to drive audience growth and brand expansion across multiple audio and video platforms. The ideal candidate should also have a solid audience development background within the audio/podcast industry, and knowledge and interest in sports and sports betting.
This candidate must have a proven track record in managing a variety of concurrent projects, and building, prioritizing, and executing audience growth marketing strategies across multiple marketing channels for digital properties, with an emphasis on paid acquisition, organic, PR, partnerships and direct influencer strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will know how to operate well in a large matrixed organization. Most importantly, you must be a self-starter, solutions oriented and an enthusiastic consumer of podcasts.
This role reports into the Head of Marketing, Podcasts and will work closely with the leadership of the company’s sports, digital and BETQL divisions.
As Audacy continues to provide customized solutions to our clients and grow as an organization, we are seeking an Activation Coordinator who will join the Corporate Activation team. The Activation team assists with every aspect of the media landscape starting with the ideation process all the way through to the post-sale campaign recap. Along the way, Activation writes, designs, and builds all campaign components across audio, digital, social, branded content, contests and experiential programs.
The ideal candidate is forward thinking, detail oriented, anticipates needs, has the ability to multi-task and assist on multi-platform, integrated media campaigns. Responsibilities will include managing with various campaign related and administrative tasks. Confidence and ability to proactively communicate and collaborate across teams both internally and externally is a must.
