This person combines digital, programming, promotions and sales skills and responsibilities. They have the ability to leverage all of our platforms to drive audience and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate would work directly with local leadership (Brand Managers, Sales Manager and Promotions Manager). They help pull people together, communicate and avoid internal silos at the market level.
This person becomes the project manager on all central digital initiatives and custom local digital sponsorship. This person also creates opportunities and local content for sponsorship. They have the ability to create an idea, list all the parts where a sponsor may be integrated and execute (or coordinate execution).

The Audacy portfolio consists of broadcast, streaming and on-demand audio, including our industry leading podcast network, as well as assets and capabilities that include social, video, OTT, email, search, display and experiential advertising.
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $55,000-60,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
Audacy, one of the nation’s most influential audio content and entertainment platforms, is hiring a Vice President to help drive our consumer marketing function across our digital business. Reporting to our CMO and with accountability to key business line leaders, this role is focused on driving digital audience growth and listener loyalty initiatives, prioritizing app downloads and user registrations, daily and monthly user growth and total listening hours. A highly visible, influential role with a significant performance marketing mandate, the VP will be an Audacy leader, an audio champion and a pivotal player in the company’s aggressive growth strategy.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for media and marketing partnerships, with strong project management skills, a collaborative spirit and results-oriented mindset.
Working closely with Strategists and, as appropriate, teams across Audacy including Sales, Media Strategy & Planning, Research, Content, Digital, Experiential, Activation and Design, the Coordinator will support the development of reactive proposals that grow existing partnerships and effectively drive new business among national and local/multi-market customers.
The anticipated starting salary range for New York City-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000-52,000.
