The Human Resources Generalist is an integral part of our corporate human resources team. In conjunction with the corporate HR team, legal team and benefits team, the HR Generalist ensures the company’s compliance obligations and procedures are met while providing general HR and benefits support. The ideal candidate has broad experience in managing policies and programs and working knowledge of all federal and local employment laws as well as employee benefits programs.
The HR Generalist has proven ability to interface with and influence employees and managers of all levels to ensure compliance standards are upheld. The HR Generalist is a skilled and detail oriented project manager with strong organizational skills and a passion to utilize technology to support HR-related processes.
