Audacy is looking for a Manager to join our Technical Operations & Support team within Audacy’s Digital Operations. You will be responsible for leading a technical managed services support team with one goal: providing world-class customer experience to Audacy’s internal and external customers. You will own the daily management of our support team across all inbound channels and exceed service level and quality objectives. Your responsibilities will include coaching top talent, driving efficiencies and improvements in the service we deliver to our customers and internal teams. You will be directly responsible for putting in best practices for the support team meant to drive towards the constant improvement of the customer experience while also improving process and performance. You must thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while motivating, recognizing, coaching, and training members of your team.
Shifts are subject to change based on business needs but we’re hiring manager positions for the following:
A Shift: 7am ET - 3pm ET
B Shift: 12pm ET - 8pm ET
Location: This opportunity is available remote, however, the majority of the team sits in Philadelphia and Chicago.
This position will report to the Director, Podcast Partner Operations and will work on the Podcast Partner Operations team as a part of the Digital Business Operations team. This candidate will work on day-to-day podcast network operations tasks including a specific focus on Audacy Podcast partnerships.
The position will provide direct operational support for the Podcast Partnership Operations team on both internal projects and partner related responsibilities. This candidate will help to build the framework of data documentation that makes the team and overall business more efficient. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be proactive and have a willingness to learn new technologies and skills in video production. The position will be joining a market leading sports radio brand located across the United States. This position will support all functions related to operating live video capture during live broadcasts. This is an hourly part-time position with full-time with benefits potential.
The Programmatic Campaign Manager, reporting to the Director, Display & Video, will be responsible for working on programmatic and third party partner accounts as part of Audacy’s centralized revenue operations Display & Video team. This individual will be expected to schedule, monitor, and optimize clients' email marketing, YouTube, programmatic display & video and OTT campaigns on a regular basis as well as serve as the primary contact with the sales team and vendors.
As needed, this individual is expected to provide strategic recommendations to ensure campaign success. This individual will be provided day to day oversight and support from the Team Lead, Display & Video.
