Audacy’s Design & Marketing team plays a critical role in supporting our sales, marketing, and events efforts by bringing ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. From marketing collateral and pitch materials to event branding and digital assets, the team helps ensure Audacy’s creative output is bold, consistent, and impactful across all platforms.

We’re looking for a Summer Intern with a passion for design, visual communication, and media. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Working closely with our Design, Marketing Strategy, and Events Marketing teams, the intern will support the development of visual assets that enhance existing partnerships, support new business initiatives, and help prepare for upcoming live events.

Work Location: 345 Hudson Street, NY

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (at least 3 days in office)

What to know before applying: 

  • The duration of the summer program is 10 weeks and will cover June 2nd – August 4th
  • Interns will be expected to work 5 days a week with a total of 40 hours per week  
  • Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. School credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired
  • Relocation is not provided, you will be expected to be able to commute into the NY office  
  • Interviewing will take place from February through mid April.  An Audacy team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

  • Support the Design and Marketing teams in the creation of visual assets, including presentations, digital graphics, social content, and marketing collateral

  • Assist in the development and execution of creative materials for sales proposals and marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative deliverables align with project goals and timelines
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
    Provide design support for events marketing, including preparation of signage, branding assets, and on-site materials
  • Help maintain and organize libraries of creative and marketing assets
  • Assist with versioning, resizing, and updating creative materials as needed
  • Support status tracking and project organization across multiple initiatives

Required & Preferred:

 

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Video, Motion Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus)
  • Strong design sensibility with an eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (2–3 days in-office depending on market, with remote flexibility)
