Overview:

Audacy Atlanta is seeking a talented individual to serve as the Information Technology Manager for its four radio stations; WVEE-FM, WSTR-FM; WZGC-FM,  and WAOK-AM. If you possess the following skills and experience, then please contact us to discuss this opportunity.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for all station computer systems.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer equipment and systems.
• Develop solutions and recommend system changes as needed.
• Resolve technical problems for critical systems with regard to security, performance, recovery, management, and/or usage to company standards.
• Supervise IT staff inclusive for managing workflow.
• IT support at off-site facilities.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. 

More About You:

Required & Preferred:

• 5+ years' experience in a technical support role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of the following systems required: Desktop and Server hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems,  iOS, and Android Operating Systems, Google Workspace, and network hardware including Cisco switches.
• Excellent customer service skills are required; must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
• 4 year technical degree or equivalent job experience required.
