Overview

The Activation Manager is responsible for managing the execution of client event-specific sponsorships, activations and special projects.

 

 

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 Act as the primary liaison between key partner and Audacy to facilitate execution of sponsorship agreement

 

  • Oversee and project manage the execution of top-tier partner’s deliverables, 
  • including all integrated media components such as spot & promo production, digital & social creative, and custom event activation space renderings & footprints
  • Provide exceptional client service  
  • Create sponsor trackers, timelines and other important sales collateral materials that showcase a full understanding of client Activation objectives and strategic priorities throughout the partnership
  • Ensure a full understanding of client Activation objectives and strategic priorities
  • Provide support to the Senior VP and Directors including the creation and maintenance of timelines, event trackers, spreadsheets, and client contacts 
  • Manage and track costs/expenses associated with each assigned account. When necessary, build and maintain budgets for all special events
  • Process invoices, check requests, and purchase orders as necessary
  • Work closely with and maintain strong relationships with the Audacy event production and event strategy teams 
  • Produce recaps and newsletters for sponsorship clients
  • All other duties as assigned and administrative duties as needed

  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, detail oriented, and work well under pressure
  • High level of resourcefulness, initiative and problem solving skills 
  • Demonstrated superior customer service focus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Design skills a plus but not necessary 
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required
