Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Department: Centralized Revenue Operations Social Team

Reporting To: Director, Social

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Transparency: The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Overview

The Social Account Coordinator, reporting to the Director, Social, will work on client paid social accounts as part of Audacy’s centralized revenue operations Social team. This individual will be expected to schedule, monitor, and optimize clients' Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns on a regular basis, and serve as the primary contact with the sales team and vendors. As needed, this individual is expected to provide strategic recommendations to ensure campaign success.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Schedule clients’ paid digital advertising campaigns across a variety of social media platforms supported in-house and with Audacy’s third-party partners.
  • Optimize account performance based on industry standards and best practices to exceed client objectives.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and monitoring of campaigns.
  • Perform budget adjustments to accurately spend the client’s budget throughout a particular month and throughout its full lifespan.
  • Serve as the key stakeholder to analyze account performance to deliver in full and clearly communicate strategic opportunities to improve performance.

Qualifications

More About You

Education/Work experience:

  • BS/BA degree.
  • Paid media buying or digital media advertising experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or other social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and account teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Blueprint certified a plus.
  • Experience with Wide Orbit, TapClicks or other digital order entry and workflow platforms is a plus.
