The anticipated starting salary range for Philadelphia-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000.00/yr. to $150,000.00/yr.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Analytics, this role joins a team of technical data specialists that understand how to create value for the business through the integration and visualization of data. Understanding the importance of data integrity, robust APIs, and efficient data flow across the company’s multiple systems and departments, this role will focus primarily on Salesforce, driving the delivery of solutions that integrate flawlessly with our existing infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
As an AI/Automation Engineer, you will be a technical expert in developing and deploying AI and automation solutions within our Salesforce.com ecosystem. You will be hands-on with code, leveraging your expertise to:
Develop AI-powered applications: Build custom AI models using Einstein AI, Salesforce's GenAI tools, and other relevant technologies to address business challenges across sales, marketing, and service. This includes tasks such as:
Salesforce Flow Orchestration: Develop complex flows to automate lead routing, opportunity management, and customer onboarding processes.
AI-powered content generation: Automate the creation of marketing materials, sales emails, and knowledge articles.
Tableau experience: Integration experience for customized dashboard development.
