Overview

Audacy New York is looking for a National Sales Coordinator. The National Sales Coordinator is responsible for the project management of the National Sales business for Audacy markets.

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000.00/Yr.-$60,000.00/Yr.. 

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

NSC Responsibilities  

The NSC will be the main market contact for all daily National New York business and collaborate with the assigned director to create, execute, and manage the successful implementation of National campaigns through ownership of the post-sale process.

The duties are as follows:

  • Effectively and efficiently respond to internal and external requests in a timely fashion
  • Clear, professional, and efficient communication between sales, promotion, and programming to ensure successful campaign execution 
  • Manage National Business by entering, revising, and maintaining clients orders in Wide Orbit when needed, including pre-empted/credited spots
  • Gather and schedule continuity/traffic copy for National clients, including missing copy
  • Pull audio airchecks for National clients upon request (live reads, promotional commercials, recorded commercials, sponsorships)
  • Handle all elements of invoice discrepancies (research discrepancies/fill out credit memos if needed, report adjustments to corporate billing, communicate to management/rep)
  • Send out post/pre-log times upon request to National Clients
  • Maintain a database of contacts for National Accounts

  • Prior radio experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
