Job Title: Director of Business Transformation & Analytics Enablement

 

Department: Revenue Analytics 

 

Reporting To: SVP Revenue Analytics 

 

Employment Type: Full Time  

 

Pay Transparency: 

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $170,000/yr. to $200,000/yr.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Overview: 

 

The Director of Business Transformation & Analytics Enablement will help lead the strategic adoption and integration of analytics across the organization, driving innovation and operational efficiency. This role is critical to fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring that business decisions are informed by insights derived from data. 

Responsibilities

What You'll Do: 

 

  • Lead the development and execution of a business transformation strategy that incorporates advanced analytics and fosters a data-driven culture. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, data, and operations) to identify and execute opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and efficiency. 
  • Champion the use of analytical tools and methodologies, empowering teams to make data-informed decisions. 
  • Create and implement training programs that enhance data literacy and enable teams to utilize analytics effectively. 
  • Oversee the adoption and in partnership with the Enterprise Data team help optimization of business intelligence platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools, ensuring actionable insights are available to key stakeholders. 
  • Partner with IT and Data teams to help lead data governance, which will result in data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all business systems. 
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of data-driven initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation and analytics to continually improve the organization’s approach. 

Qualifications

Required/Preferred:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in a business transformation, analytics, or similar role, with a proven track record of driving change and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. 
  • Expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO, SQL) and experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide analytics strategies. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
