Overview: SportsRadio 94WIP is seeking a dedicated and passionate Reporter/Digital Content Producer to join our dynamic team. 

What You’ll Do:

This role will be instrumental in delivering compelling coverage of Philadelphia's sports teams while contributing to the station’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Philadelphia sports landscape, multimedia production skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required & Preferred:

• Strong knowledge of Philadelphia sports teams and the local sports media landscape.
• Experience managing digital platforms, particularly YouTube, with an understanding of audience growth and engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content creation and distribution.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as sports events dictate.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
