Overview

Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our Marketing team in promotions, operations, prize fulfillment, integrated marketing, and event management in the Midwest Region. Events include entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and spoken word/news formats.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

Primary duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Lead and oversee contest management/prize fulfillment for the Midwest region
  • Marketing operations lead for the region
  • Support various programming, marketing and promotions initiatives by managing project timelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with promotional partners, venues, vendors, internal team and all departments
  • Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners on event and marketing details
  • Follow all legal requirements and disclosures with support from legal
  • Conduct appropriate market research, network, and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge base
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Brand Managers on marketing and event ideation for client and brand initiatives
  • Support Midwest Marketing team on promotions, contesting and brand initiatives as needed
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Skills/Attributes

  • First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Experience using Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of promotion software is a plus, including but not limited to Audience, PromoSuite, etc.
  • Experience in Promotions or Event Management in sports, entertainment, lifestyle or news formats
  • Occasional night or weekend work
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check
