Audacy’s Ad Tech Team serves as the connective tissue between our sales, operations, and technical teams, and we are looking for Summer Intern who is a results-oriented team player with a passion for audio, media and who has strong project management skills, a collaborative spirit and a creative, results-oriented mindset. 

 

Working closely with our team and partner teams across Audacy, the Summer Intern will support the Advertising Audience Product team which involves working closely with Product managers to manage day-to-day operations across Audience Measurement and Programmatic products.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

Support the Advertising Audience Product team. This involves working closely with Product managers to manage day-to-day operations across Audience, Measurement, and Programmatic products. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring data quality checks, helping identify and resolve data discrepancies under supervision.

  • Support the team in utilizing audience segmentation techniques, aiding in analyzing data to identify relevant customer segments with guidance.

  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions with internal teams, aiding in communication between departments and ensuring seamless integration of audience products from a product management perspective.

  • Help review data operations workflows and identify inefficiencies to optimize processes, and assist in documenting processes and suggesting improvements, contributing insights from a product management perspective.

  • Provide support in managing project documentation and timelines, assisting with tasks related to Product Management functions, and help gather project updates and assist in preparing reports, focusing on relevant metrics and insights for product management.

  • Assist in troubleshooting existing products in the market, working closely with Product Managers to resolve issues, and provide day-to-day support for product operations across various teams, ensuring smooth functioning from a product management standpoint.

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, within a business, marketing, communications, advertising or related major. 
  • Desire to consistently contribute to a culture where shared success is celebrated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask on behalf of multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment: currently, 2-3 days in the office each week (depending on market location) with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week
  • Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with revolving deadlines
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, create and innovate on behalf of colleagues and clients

 

This is a hybrid position requiring in-person as well as the flexibility to work from home.
