To thrive in this role, you must possess a positive attitude, be cooperative and productive as you perform a variety of duties simultaneously. The candidate must be capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines. You must be able to work efficiently and autonomously, and identify areas of improvement . In addition you must have exceptional organizational and computer skills to support local management and the sales team. The right candidate will be a team player who takes initiative with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional and proven team player.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Audacy Greensboro Front Desk
  • Greet and allow entry for clients, guests, vendors, etc.
  • Manage office mail and deliveries
  • Assist in out of office tasks like errands, fetching catering, and other errands as assigned
  • Manage office supply inventory and staff kitchen needs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Order supplies for office, Coffee vendor relations/Order
  • Assist with office events and functions such as all hands, meeting lunches, incoming visitors
  • Assist with general employee inquiries
  • Ad hoc tasks & projects Creating sales presentations and materials for station media kits.
  • Work with sales and programming to better integrate radio and digital assets to increase interaction and engagement among listeners
  • Assist sales management and account executives with input of sales orders into WideOrbit traffic system.
  • Customer service duties include obtaining local invoices for clients/agencies as needed, assistance with tracking down missing copy and instructions and other duties as asked.
  • Handle advertiser and agency initial setup and change requests
  • Maintain meeting and common areas
  • Other responsibilities/projects as assigned



Required & Preferred:


  • Applicants must be aged 21+
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Google Workspace Experience (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Polite, welcoming, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least one year of administrative support
  • Experienced in general office administration and coordination
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
