The Director of Streaming Partner Operations reports directly to the Vice President of Digital Business Operations. The Digital Business Operations function enables our digital teams to meet/exceed revenue growth and profitability goals. This role will be responsible for the success of Audacy’s fast-growing on and off platform streaming business. This includes Audacy’s owned and operated streaming business and our emerging off platform supply with 3rd party partners (other radio groups and content providers).
This is both a tactical operations and strategic role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of project management and technical execution, and who excels at data-driven internal/external analysis to recommend opportunities for future growth.
The position will specifically provide operational support for our off platform partners and be the connective tissue in bringing the information on Audacy digital products, tools, and initiatives to our partners, which will ensure each partner achieves their streaming KPI’s and growth goals. You will coordinate a matrixed team of content, sales, marketing, audience development, product, partnerships, distribution, analytics and syndication teams to meet/exceed our audience and revenue KPIs (e.g. total listening hours, STR, CPM, contribution margin, etc). This critical position will help ensure that Audacy is leveraging all streaming inventory and revenue generating capabilities, which includes working closely with Audacy’s Business Insights and Finance Departments to optimize performance of all parts of our streaming business.
This position will also help manage the financial operations and performance of Audacy’s streaming business. They will work directly with Audacy’s Business Development team and off platform supply partners to grow inventory and revenue.
The anticipated starting salary range for New York City-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $130,000-140,000.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
