Overview

Audacy is seeking an individual to assist in digital operations support for our local markets.  This individual will work as a part of the Digital Market Operations Team, who bring information and training on corporate-led digital products, tools and programming initiatives to local markets ensuring stations achieve their growth goals. This position can be based anywhere in the country and reports to the Director of Digital Market Operations.

We are happy to consider candidates in any location for this (remote/hybrid) position so long as they reside within reasonable commuting distance to one of our markets

Responsibilities

 

What You'll Do:

 Serves as the primary digital point of contact with a defined number of local stations across the U.S.

  • Works closely with corporate digital teams to support local stations as they deploy new products and services
  • Reviews analytics for markets to report trends, highlights and aberrations to market digital leads and management
  • Drives adoption of the various tools and resources available to the market digital staff to increase listenership, grow audience and garner insights
  • Provides market support including: Communication, training, strategy and policy on all things related to digital content
  • Proactively works with the market Digital Content Leads and/or Brand Managers to communicate suggestions to the corporate digital team and escalate inquiries or issues.
  • Responsible for communicating and educating markets on digital product updates and changes made to the platform that are deployed by the product or revenue ops teams
  • This position requires occasional work outside of traditional business hours.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • 3+ years’ experience managing digital content and/or products in radio, television, digital publishing or at a news agency
  • Successful growth track record and ability to set, track and achieve KPI’s across a multiple brands or businesses
  • Data driven focus with familiarity of Google Analytics, Domo, Dataminr and other reporting services
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and excellent communication working with multiple cross functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen understanding of digital, mobile and social media platforms, usability and user behaviors
  • Working knowledge of Google Office products
  • Self-motivated, positive and collaborative attitude. Creative, conceptual and strategic thinker.
  • Agile creative problem solver with the ability to juggle numerous and varies projects at the same time.
  • Interest in music, news and sports or entertainment content a plus
  • College degree preferred
