Overview

Audacy Philadelphia: is seeking a part-time Board Operator for its stations - WBEB/WOGL/WTDY. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

  • Run a broadcast board with digital editing
  • Scheduling guests
  • Record and produce segments
  • Research broadcast topics and information
  • Protect the station's FCC license
  • Other duties as required by management
  • Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
  • Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • Minimum of two years of radio experience preferred. Must be computer literate; have multi-tasking skills, and have the ability to prioritize
  • Knowledge of how to produce a radio broadcast and knowledge of how to run a commercial board is essential
  • Must have a valid driver's license and transportation
