Audacy's central team seeks an Office Manager to join its team in Denver.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, practive and detail oriented with experience supporting an office.  To thrive in this role, you must be willing to roll up your sleeves to get any task done, be able to work efficiently and autonomously, and be able to identify areas of improvement.  You are a team player, change agent and culture influencer.   This role will support our overall Denver based central teams, which includes revenue operations, IT and engineering.  You will report to designated local leads in the office, with directional support from facilities and  human resources. If you have a keen interest in HR and people operational support, this is a great role with opportunity for growth.   


The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $52,000 to $64,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

What You'll Do:

Working closely with local leadership, facilities and human resources, responsiblities of this role include:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding with HR, payroll and IT.
    • Be a point person for new hires
    • Ensure all new hires are thoughtfully on-boarded
    • Key card ordering and Set up
    • Arrange seating assignments
    • Set up workstation with proper supplies
    • Coordinate onboarding schedule with managers
  • Keep track of floor plan in Denver; troubleshoot any issues with management
  • Liase with corporate real estate team as needed as local point of contact
  • Order supplies for office, Coffee vendor relations/Order
  • Building maintenace requests and communcations from Building Management
  • Plan and run office events and functions such as all hands, meeting lunches, incoming visitors
  • Support HR & Team leadership in empoyee initiatives & local required postings
  • Assist with general employee inquiries
  • Greet guests and visitors to office; be a point person for anyone traveling into location for workspace/travel needs. 
  • Ad hoc tasks & projects
  • Scheduling travel for leadership; expense reports as needed
  • Maintaining meeting room calendar and prepare rooms for meetings



More About You:


Required & Preferred:


  • Proactive communicator
  • At least one year of administrative support
  • High computer literacy; skilled and experienced in google workspace 
  • Ability to work with all levels within the company and highly skilled in handling matters with discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in triaging situations and escalating matters as required
  • Ability to anticipate organizational team and individual needs
  • Experienced in general office administration and coordination
  • Must be a colloborator and problem solver
