Sr. Operational Systems Analyst

Audacy has an immediate opening for a Sr. Operational Systems Analyst, to support our programming and technical operations teams.  Positions can be remote or based in our corporate office in Philadelphia


What You'll Do:

  • Manage helpdesk offering support for Automation, MusicMaster and other integrated systems in markets for programming and technical operations
  • Manage and work directly with vendors for escalation of problems
  • Manage software upgrades for markets
  • Manage setup and expansion of integrated systems in markets
  • Provide training to markets for new staff and new functionality
  • Travel to markets to work on specific projects and provide troubleshooting support
  • Ability to provide on-call status 24/7 in case of equipment failure


More About You:


Required & Preferred:

  • Minimum of 5 years broadcast engineering and/or broadcast IT experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong, proven time management skills including ability to multi-task in a multiple project environment
  • Experience in project planning, management and execution
  • IT & Networking knowledge and experience
  • Strong PC/Mac skills including proficiency with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with computer-based audio storage systems. (Scott Studios/Google/WOAFR Preferred)
  • Experience with computer-based music scheduling systems. (MusicMaster Preferred)
  • Experience with broadcast studio systems (Axia Livewire preferred)
  • Must have at least 4 years of college or technical school and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
