BetQL, part of the QL Gaming Group at Audacy, Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to manage and grow their affiliate relations team. 


We are a collaborative team and lead with passion. The ideal candidate has a background in sports betting; (sportsbook and/or daily fantasy sports) and has experience building and maintaining customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage relationships as BetQL's point-of-contact for affiliate relations with several sportsbooks 


  • Strategize with sportsbook partners around offer strategy and revenue growth opportunities 


  • Lead go-to-market strategy with affiliate team on emerging opportunities with new states and sportsbooks 


  • Guide marketing channel stakeholders (paid, CRM, influencers) around affiliate creative and technical strategy on a regular basis


  • Write timely creative and plan state-specific affiliate offer campaigns through emails and push notifications for major events


More About You:




  • Related work experience in the betting / gaming / fantasy sports industry and/or affiliate marketing required


  • Track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals 


  • Business Development/Account Management Experience


  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements 



  • Experience managing direct reports


  • Strong communication and customer service skills
