The BetQL team at Audacy is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to oversee customer retention and marketing communications across its owned sports betting channels-- notably, email, push notifications, in-app and SMS. This person will be responsible for the strategic planning, audience segmentation and execution of the day-to-day marketing messages that go out to BetQL’s 150,000+ users. The ideal candidate will have previous experience on a direct-to-consumer, mobile app, or subscription product, and be able to ideate and execute marketing campaigns to convert prospects to active users and drive ongoing engagement and loyalty.
