Brand Manager, BetQL Network

Job Locations USA-DC-Washington


Audacy & BetQL Network are looking for a creative leader with a passion for sports who can balance entertainment with information, an awareness and understanding of all things social media and marketing, as well as a love for sports betting and coaching talent and producers.   In this role you will provide oversight that will include feedback/coaching for hosts, audio producers and social media producers.  This position will also include artistic, creative, and professional leadership. Knowledge in the sports betting space is essential. What You'll Do:


  • Responsible for the supervision, direction, and performance level of content for BetQL Network
  • Establishes and communicates programming and content goals and vision, and is responsible for the results
  • Consistently executes talent and producer coaching and feedback meetings
  • Ensures that programming best serves the needs and interests of the Network its audiences 
  • Content integration of “wagertainement” throughout all shows
  • Ideate creative concepts for content integration with client partners within programming and product offerings
  • Maintains on-going communications with external industry leaders and guests within the sports wagering space
  • Meet and exceeds mutually agreed upon digital goals
  • Understands how to use social media to enhance digital needs
  • Establishes long-term goals and planning for shows and content
  • Enhances format effectively 
  • Supervises Production staff
  • Some travel required
  • Responsible for adherence and compliance to Company program standards and FCC regulations 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required
  • Team player who is available to help on special projects in off hours as needed
  • Availability includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience/interacting with clients and or partners in the Sports Betting space.



  • An unapologetic LOVE of Sports, Sports Betting and Sports Audio.
  • Organizational skills a must as well as ability to multitask
  • Experience in the Content distribution space
  • Proficiency across major social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and an understanding of podcasting and on demand content
  • Understanding of the media landscape and sports marketing
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute plans
  • Advanced leadership and talent-coaching ability
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ of radio broadcasting and digital media experience is required
  • An experienced leader with a fearless attitude is crucial
  • The preferred applicant will have superior verbal and written communication skills
  • You must possess a collaborative attitude and creative thinking to support the transition of content into revenue
  • You must have an understanding of the ever-evolving sports media landscape, both local and national, as well as sports betting and sports betting terminology
  • You must have strong knowledge of digital content development, strategy and integrated programming.
  • He or she will also have experience in timely and topical production of time-shifted content from original programming as well as podcasts and ability to see opportunity for reach and social promotion.
  • As Brand Manager, you will protect the brand and our licenses, be responsible for adherence and compliance to Company program standards and FCC regulations.
  • Advanced technical and broadcast skills, ability to schedule multiple departments, communicate with broadcast networks, training, organizational and communication skills a must.
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
