You must have the ability to go live from the scene of breaking news and be able to work in one of the most demanding, fast-paced newsrooms anywhere.
The anticipated starting salary range for New York City-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $45.98/hr - $52.10/hr.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
What You'll Do:
The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where your work is subject to intense public scrutiny. This is an extremely high-energy position that will require you to develop and maintain sources, have a working knowledge of legal and FCC rules, understand the difference between filing a report and filing a story, and meet incredibly tight deadlines.
